Honestly….
Tonight, this child rode her bike straight into my garden, flipped off of it, and landed smack on top of my biggest rose bush. She was pulling thorns off of her shirt, and even had a branch stuck to her arm.
I suggested that we take a break from bikes, and do my 365 for the day.
Her only request, “I don’t want to lay in the grass…”
My response, “C’mon… the grass has got to be better than the rose bush…”
Good thing she has a sense of humour…
